How much does shipping cost?

We apply a flat shipping rate per order based on the destination. Please refer to the shipping costs listed below.

  • Vietnam Shipping: $9.99 per order
  • US Shipping: $6.99 per order
  • EU Shipping: $8.99 per order
  • Worldwide Shipping (outside listed regions): Currently, we do not offer shipping to regions outside the listed countries.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 Vietnam, US, and EU, with no minimum order rule applied before coupon discounts.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not support shipping to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you have any questions about delivery options, please contact us for assistance.

Will I be charged sales tax or VAT?

US Customers: Orders fulfilled and shipped within the United States may be subject to state and local sales tax based on the shipping destination. The applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Customers: Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

VAT Policy:

  • Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
