At Topcoolteez, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Each product is printed on-demand by hand, making it unique and personalized for you. While this means returns cannot be reshelved, we have designed a fair and straightforward policy to provide you peace of mind.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • The product was not personalized or customized by you.

If your product meets these criteria, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange: Swap your product for a new one.
  2. Store Credit: Receive credit for the value of your returned product, redeemable on your next purchase.
  3. Refund: Get a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our “contact us” page or email us at [email protected].
  2. Provide Details: Let us know your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Follow Instructions: Ship the product back to us as per the instructions provided by our team.

Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the return label provided by us. The shipping return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Currency: All refunds and transactions are processed in USD.


Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in new condition, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

Products that fail to meet these criteria are not eligible for return or exchange.


Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If opting for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.


Shipping Return Fees

  • The cost of shipping the return is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
